Everett Sounder Scene of Violence Exercise

EVERETT, WA -3AM Innovations partnered with the Everett Fire Department in Washington for an operational training exercise to demonstrate FLORIAN’s effectiveness during a scene of violence. The simulation, conducted in collaboration with the Sounder train company, involved a mass stabbing incident on a train. FLORIAN was tasked with tracking tactical operations throughout the event.

San Bernardino Urban and Wildland Exercise

SAN BERNARDINO, CA – 3AM Innovations partnered with the San Bernardino Fire Service to thoroughly assess FLORIAN’s performance in an urban environment. In this rigorous simulation, firefighting teams were tracked with FLORIAN-enabled smartphones as they navigated a multi-story structure. Outside, the Chief managed operations with the FLORIAN incident command platform.

Tracking Field Operations in Comms-Denied Areas

SAN BERNARDINO, CA – 3AM trekked deep into the hills above San Bernardino, California, alongside 25 wildland crew members in a simulated exercise to put our FLORIAN platform to the test. Our software successfully and consistently followed individual participants throughout the event, tracking devices while they were both online and offline (while in LTE-denied environments).

Los Angeles County Water Rescue Exercise

LOS ANGELES – 3AM Innovations partnered with the LA County Fire Department Lifeguard Operations to assess FLORIAN’s performance in tracking incident response on the water. With approximately 75 miles of coastline, LA County has a large contingent of lifeguards. However, they have not previously had the ability to collect data from the incidents they handle.
